Shipping policy

1. Delivery Time

 Within Pakistan:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
  • Major Cities: 2–3 working days
  • Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

 Delivery may vary during sale season or due to weather conditions.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all orders 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide

3. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed via SMS or WhatsApp.
  • Unconfirmed orders may be automatically cancelled.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Customers must provide accurate address & active phone number.
  • Courier will make 2 attempts for delivery.
  • In case of non-response, the order will be cancelled and marked as “Return to Sender.”
  • For repeated returns, advance payment may be required for future orders.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking link will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp once order is dispatched.
  • Customers can track order status anytime after it is handed over to the courier.
